Our Commitment to Copyright

IntarsiaStudio Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe that content on intarsiawoodpatterns.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA Agent containing all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — provide the specific URL(s) on intarsiawoodpatterns.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your contact information — your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Physical or electronic signature — a signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please use the subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice". Notices that do not comply with all DMCA requirements may not be acted upon.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address above. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for San Francisco, CA

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, IntarsiaStudio has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are deemed, in our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers of others' copyrights.

Our Copyright

All original pattern designs, illustrations, SVG files, and website content published by IntarsiaStudio are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our Content without a valid license is prohibited. To report misuse of our designs by a third party, email legal@intarsiawoodpatterns.com.
