Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Intarsia Patterns mobile application (iOS and Android) and the website intarsiawoodpatterns.com (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Intarsia Patterns offers the following subscription tiers through the app via in-app purchase:

• Monthly Pro Access: $9.99/month — auto-renewable subscription
• Annual Pro: $19.99/year — auto-renewable subscription
• Artisan Lifetime: $49.99 — one-time purchase, lifetime access

Prices are in US Dollars (USD). Actual charges may vary by region based on local currency conversion and applicable taxes determined by Apple or Google.

Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Free trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via the Google Play Store). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. All billing inquiries related to app purchases should be directed to Apple or Google.

Website purchases (if applicable) are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

App subscriptions: Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through Apple or Google, as they handle all payment processing. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or Google Play support for refund requests.

Website purchases: Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable as a general rule. However, we will provide a full refund if:

• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
• The delivered file is materially different from the product description
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error

To request a website refund, email support@intarsiawoodpatterns.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Each purchase or active subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the patterns, blueprints, SVG vectors, and PDF exports for your own woodworking projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital files.

The Lifetime tier grants perpetual access to all features available at the time of purchase, plus future updates.

Photos you import for AI vectorization are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your photos or generated patterns on our servers. You retain full ownership of all content you create using the app.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intarsia Patterns' liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our app, website, or digital patterns.

For the iOS app, usage is also subject to the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
