License Agreement

By downloading or using any pattern, SVG file, PDF blueprint, or other digital asset ("Content") from intarsiawoodpatterns.com, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not download or use the Content.

IntarsiaStudio Inc. ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased Content solely for:

• Personal woodworking projects (hobbyist or professional craftwork)
• Cutting physical wood pieces using the pattern as a template
• Creating and selling physical handcrafted items made from the pattern — up to 500 units per design per calendar year under a standard license

• Print the pattern for personal workshop use
• Resize or mirror the pattern to fit your material
• Import the SVG into CNC or laser-cutting software for your own production
• Share photos of finished physical pieces on social media (credit to IntarsiaStudio appreciated but not required)

Unless you have obtained a separate Commercial License, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the digital files in any form
• Upload the files to any pattern-sharing site, marketplace, or file-hosting service
• Use the Content to train AI/ML models
• Sell digital copies or prints of the patterns
• Claim copyright or ownership of the original Content
• Remove or obscure any watermarks or attribution embedded in the files
• Produce more than 500 physical items per design per year under a standard license

If you require higher production volumes, reproduction rights for digital distribution, or use in commercial software/print products, contact us at licensing@intarsiawoodpatterns.com to discuss a Commercial License.

All Content remains the exclusive intellectual property of IntarsiaStudio Inc. This Agreement transfers no ownership rights. The license granted is limited to the rights expressly stated herein.

Patterns generated through the IntarsiaStudio AI Generator using your own uploaded images are licensed to you under the same terms above. IntarsiaStudio does not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs derived from your original images; however, you represent that you have the right to use any image you upload.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically, without notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded copies of the Content.

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IntarsiaStudio does not warrant that patterns are suitable for any particular CNC machine, blade type, or wood species. You assume full responsibility for material selection and cutting safety.

In no event shall IntarsiaStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Content. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific file(s) at issue.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, under the rules of JAMS, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
